Iced Mint Tea:

I’ve been on a big iced tea kick this summer, there’s just something about the ritual of steeping some tea every morning that’s so relaxing. I will add Healist’s Peppermint Double Strength Calm Drops for a nice addition of mint and to enhance the calming effect. The result is a refreshing glass of iced tea, perfect for any time of day. I prefer to use loose leaf tea, as tea bags can contain microplastics, and that’s not good for you or the environment. I love Healist’s commitment to making their packaging out of ocean waste plastic for the same reason.

Recipe below.

Ingredients:
1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea (or a tea bag if you prefer)
Hot water
Healist Double Strength Calm Drops
Ice

Tools:
Tea ball
Mug or measuring glass
Glass
Spoon

While your water boils, add tea to your tea ball. I steep it in a measuring glass to make sure I’m making the right amount. Let water cool for a minute after boiling, and pour into mug or measuring glass. Add dropper full of Healist Double Strength Calm Drops and give it a good stir. Let steep for 2-5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. Stir again and pour over ice. Add metal straw and enjoy.
